Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the SeerPOS platform ('Platform'), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

SeerPOS is a SaaS platform for SEO research, site analysis, and AI-powered content generation. We offer free and paid plans with different features and usage limits.

3. User account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
  • You agree to immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account
  • Each account is personal and non-transferable (except corporate plans with multiple users)
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. Cancellation can be done at any time through account settings. There are no refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the Platform to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate illegal, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Overload or interfere with Platform infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without authorization

6. Intellectual property

AI-generated content on the Platform is your property. The Platform itself, its code, design, and trademarks are the property of SeerPOS and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

SeerPOS does not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterruptedly or error-free. In no event will our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify active users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, unless otherwise required by law.
